The Dream Leader
The new book on leading in a way people remember, where neuroscience meets the human craft of connection.
By Dr. Dan Docherty, Author of NeuroCoaching
A different kind of leadership book.
The Dream Leader is a powerful new book from Dr. Dan Docherty that explores how purpose, trust, and meaningful relationships turn dreams into reality.
Through unforgettable stories and practical leadership insights, Dan reveals that dreams are not simply wishes for the future — they are purpose-driven images of a desired future state. The best leaders know how to activate those dreams in others by creating connection, building trust, and helping people see what is possible.
For leaders, teams, and organizations facing change, The Dream Leader offers a timely and inspiring message: transformation begins when people feel seen, supported, and called toward a future worth pursuing.
