Srini Pillay. M.D. is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and brain researcher who is also a certified master executive coach with more than two decades of experience in applying brain science to mindset shifts. He is the CEO of NeuroBusiness Group, where he pioneered a field of leadership called neurocoaching®. He has written several books including ‘Life Unlocked: 7 revolutionary Lessons to Overcome Fear”, “Your Brain and Business: The Neuroscience of Great Leaders”, and “Tinker Dabble Doddle Try: Unlock the Power of the Unfocused Mind.” Srini is also a musician and recently completed writing a musical. He works at the nexus of science, art, and technology.
